Quick Reminders
Just a couple of quick reminders as your prepare for WordCamp this weekend:
- Parking is free at the University during the weekend. Park in front of the Student Union or in the Brian J. Whalen Parking Complex.
- Bring your computer and charger – especially on Sunday.
- Bring a notebook to jot down notes.
- Bring your biz cards to network.
- Bring a water bottle from home that you can refill throughout the day.
- Use #RTWordCamp when chatting about Reno-Tahoe WordCamp on Twitter and Instagram.

Online ticket sales are now closed! There are approximately 10 seats still available that may be purchased at the registration table on Saturday morning at 8 a.m.
Tickets purchased at the door will be $20/day for all individuals. The few remaining seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Speaker Feature: Hillary Schieve
Hillary Schieve, Reno City Council member, entrepreneur, and owner of Plato’s Closet and Clothes Mentor, will be giving the Keynote presentation on Saturday morning.
Hillary believes that the local government should help technology flourish. She wants to be accessible to people that use platforms such as WordPress so that the government is directed in the right direction and understands the needs of Reno’s growing technology community.
