The Nevada Sagebrush is the student-run weekly newspaper for the University of Nevada, Reno. The newspaper began as The Student Record in 1893 after a group of students published a student newspaper, against the Nevada Board of Regents’ wishes. It has been in continuous publication ever since. Its name was changed to The Sagebrush in 1910 and to the Nevada Sagebrush in 2004. www.nevadasagebrush.com has been proudly running on WordPress for the last four years.
