Joseph Karr O’Connor (@AccessibleJoe) of Santa Monica, CA will be presenting in the Designer/Developer track of the 2013 Reno-Tahoe WordCamp. His session, titled Cities: Making Accessible WordPress Themes, will cover making themes more accessible.
Challenge: Few accessible WordPress themes are available for free. Solution: Teams of accessibility practitioners around the world create free accessible WordPress themes. Great things are happening @WPAccessibility now in core, plugins, widgets and themes. I would like to help people get involved, understand the situation, and perhaps form a Cities theme team.
